TŪMATAUENGA is the Māori God of War. The Māori Movement is Manu waewae (focusing on isometrics and balance).
Warm up
The warm up is common to all levels of programmes and prepares the body and mind for the exercises ahead.Level 1
In Level 1 we focus on isometrics and balance with a movement called Peruperu.
level 2
In Level 2 we focus on isometrics and balance with a movement called Whakawhiti.
level 3
In Level 3 we focus on isometrics and balance with a movement called Puehu.
level 3 advanced
In Level 3 ADVANCED we focus on isometrics and balance with a combination of the movements from all 3 levels.
